OneHealth is a digital healthcare platform that connects doctors (GPs) with patients and their families in Sri Lanka. The platform facilitates appointment booking, medical record management, secure messaging, and family health management.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Doctors must hold a valid SLMC registration to use the Doctor platform.

4. Doctor Responsibilities

Doctors using OneHealth agree to:

  • Maintain valid medical registration and comply with all applicable professional standards.
  • Provide accurate professional and practice information.
  • Use the platform solely for legitimate healthcare purposes.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws and professional obligations.

5. Patient Responsibilities

Patients and family members using OneHealth agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and health information.
  • Use the platform for personal healthcare management only.
  • Not misuse messaging or appointment features.

6. Medical Disclaimer

OneHealth is a technology platform and does not provide medical advice. Content on the platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the OneHealth platform are the property of OneHealth or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneHealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
